Konza Prairie Community Health Center in Junction City, KS seeks a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our patient-centered care team. This role supports scheduling, front desk, and patient flow to ensure timely access to dental services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, office or customer service experience, and strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus. Travel between MHK and JC clinics may be required; we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, a 403(b)

We are currently seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our team at our Junction City Clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others access quality oral healthcare.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Professional office and/or customer service experience
3. Basic office skills such as typing and filing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bi-lingual
2. Dental treatment scheduling experience
3. EHR software experience
4. Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
5. Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
6. Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.
