Specialized Dental Partners' Endodontic Associates of Atlanta is seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and to support a smooth, patient-centered experience.

In this full-time role, you will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle billing and payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering exceptional customer service across a high-tech endodontic practice.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental knowledge is required.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Dental Receptionist - Endodontic Associates of Atlanta

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Our endodontic office is a specialized dental practice focused on saving natural teeth through advanced diagnosis and treatment. Our team uses high-tech tools like surgical operating microscopes and 3D digital imaging to provide comfortable, efficient root canal therapies.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $20-$23 per hour.
