Together Dental LTD is looking for a friendly Receptionist to join our Ashford practice on a 20-hour per week FTC maternity cover. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, manage appointments, answer calls and help with payments, while maintaining GDPR-compliant records.

Working closely with clinicians and admin teams, you’ll help keep the reception running smoothly and deliver outstanding patient care in a busy dental environment. Training provided.

Salary: £12.80 - £14.00 per hour

Hours: (20 hours) Tuesday & Friday 08:30-17:00 Thursday 13:00-17:00

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our welcoming dental practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Working closely with our clinicians, nursing team, and Practice Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing outstanding support to our patients.

The Role

As a Receptionist, You Will

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, professional, and a great team player.

Previous experience in a reception, administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Experience within a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
