Job summary

Together Dental Ashford is seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to join a welcoming practice. A caring, motivated professional will provide chairside support, prepare rooms, and maintain infection control to deliver exceptional patient care.

Current GDC registration and a recognised Dental Nursing qualification are required. The role offers a permanent contract with a Friday 08:30–17:00 shift and opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to dentists and clinicians across treatments.

• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Support patients to feel comfortable and informed during visits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient experience.
• Assist with stock control and ensure surgeries are fully equipped.

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our welcoming practice.

The Role

As a Qualified Dental Nurse, You Will

• Provide chairside support to our dentists and clinicians across a range of treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure surgeries run efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Assist with stock control and ensure surgeries are fully equipped and compliant.

About You

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
• Current GDC registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional qualifications such as Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education, Sedation Nursing, or Implant Nursing are desirable but not essential.
