Job summary

Star Dental Partners in Plano, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Payment Poster to join our fast-paced dental services organization. The role focuses on posting payments, verifying insurance information, and assisting with day-end processes across multiple offices.

You will work with insurance EOBs, denials, and adjustments to keep patient ledgers accurate. Strong experience with Dentrix PMS is preferred in our collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 3 years of experience in the dental industry.
• 2 years of collections, accounts receivable, and/or related experience.
• Proficient in Practice Management Software (PMS); Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter payments and adjustments at the Provider level with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collect and review all required patient insurance information to complete the billing, collections, appeal, and/or cash processes.
• Assist in performing day end and month end processing.
• Process dental insurance EOBs, appeals, denials, and follow up with denial resolutions.
• Research and resolve electronic claim rejections and correspondence.
• Independently analyze reimbursement trends or delays and report findings.
