Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Professional Marketing Associate Manager to lead and optimize Waterpik Dental Professional Marketing programs, including Lunch & Learn and discounts, while partnering with the digital team.

The role advances strategic marketing objectives, drives growth, and requires collaboration across stakeholders. A hybrid Fort Collins, CO position with in-person Tuesdays–Thursdays and remote Mondays/Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, or related field.
• Experience leading multiple programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set annual objectives and deliver program goals, monitor performance and report results.
• Own and optimize annual budgets for multiple programs and tradeshows.
• Lead programs and staffing, ensuring standards, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Develop content for monthly newsletters and communications.
