Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Office Manager to lead practice operations at the TX19 Dallas location and drive patient care and financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 2+ years in operational leadership within healthcare, and an associate degree

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred or related years of professional leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of operational leadership experience, experience within the dental and/or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with Surgeons and/or Medical Doctors.
  • Ability to manage performance and drive efficiencies across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall practice operations and drive financial performance for revenue, expenses and profit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credentialing, revenue cycle management, and inventory.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and timekeeping for non-clinical and clinical staff.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate results to surgeons and leadership.
  • Coach and develop team members; handle performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain licensure requirements for doctors and staff; ensure continuing education hours are met.
