Lightwave Dental Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to support daily operations and staff management in a dental practice. You will help recruit, train, onboard, and retain team members while ensuring budget and production targets are met, audits pass, and high-quality patient care is delivered.

The role involves scheduling staff, coordinating HR activities, and maintaining effective communication across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year minimum in a dental or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience in a dental or similar field.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and claims processing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Practice Manager in day-to-day operations and staff coordination.
• Foster strong relationships among staff; address concerns.
• Recruiting, training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Meet budget, production targets, and audit readiness.
• Respond promptly to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
• Ensure delivery of quality dental care and patient satisfaction.
• Schedule staff effectively and manage HR/payroll documents.
• Lead regular staff meetings and daily huddles to drive updates.
• Act as HIPAA contact when needed and assist with marketing support.
• Support Practice Manager in marketing and practice promotion activities.
