CrescentCare is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to oversee two locations and coordinate clinical, administrative, and billing staff. The role focuses on daily operations, policy compliance, and future growth for the dental program in Greater New Orleans.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 3 years in dental practice management, with familiarity in Dentrix or eClinicalWorks. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a Dental Practice Management role.
• Experience with Dentrix or eClinicalWorks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Dental Program across two locations.
• Direct staff, scheduling, and performance reviews to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage finances: billing, payroll, and procurement for the dental office.
