Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Current Louisiana Medical License without restrictions.
• Current DBA Registration and LA CDS Certificate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental conditions and plan or direct appropriate treatment.
• Maintain patient records accurately in the Electronic Health Record.
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in trainings and peer reviews.
• Administer or refer pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments as needed.
