Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field (Preferred).
• 3 plus years of leadership experience(Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, using discretion in setting team member schedules to maximize patient satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Manage schedules, patient flow, and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Support financial health through budgeting, reporting, and planning.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture across the office.
