We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our motivated and ambitious team at our well-established private family dental practice in New Albany, under new management. The ideal candidate is positive and patient-focused.

What You Will Do

• Support daily clinical and non-clinical operations by enforcing policies and overseeing quality dental care
• Manage Accounts Receivable to maintain a healthy status
• Present treatment plans and communicate financial policies and payment options to patients
• Process insurance claims
• Streamline operations to increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with OSHA hygiene and safety regulations
• Lead meetings, trainings, and staff huddles
• Audit schedules for errors and follow up with the team
• Manage scheduling to maximize productivity
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment reports
• Motivate the team to meet production goals
• Conduct staff meetings and annual performance evaluations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• Have at least 3 years of experience in all facets of a dental office; Open Dental experience preferred
• Possess a 2- or 4-year degree in business or healthcare management (preferred but not required)
• Flexible to work between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Excellent communication skills, patient and team-focused
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide immediate solutions and make independent decisions
• Strong desire to maximize opportunities and exceed goals
• Professional in building relationships with patients and team members
