Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of Bay Area Endodontics. This leadership role focuses on efficient workflows, staff support, and delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will bring operational expertise, financial acumen, and strong team leadership to drive practice growth and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
  • 3+ years supervising and leading a large team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with dental practice management software.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality care through efficient workflows and KPIs.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, review reports, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
  • Develop annual budgets and manage revenue cycle, posting of charges and demographics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic plans for growth and performance.
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with doctors and team to align goals.
  • Implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices and clear communication.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality.
  • Design staffing models and manage training, evaluations, and counseling.
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members.

Dental Practice Manager - Bay Area Endodontics

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the business runs efficiently, the team is supported, and patients receive the highest level of care and service. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, financial acumen, and strong team leadership to help drive practice growth and success.

At Bay Area Endodontics, we specialize in advanced endodontic care, including root canal therapy and related procedures. Our team is committed to combining clinical excellence, modern technology, and a patient-focused approach to deliver high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIs
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Develop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographics
  • Collaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challenges
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality
  • Design and optimize staffing models, manage talent through, training, evaluations, and counseling
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a dental practice
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a large team
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of Business Operations
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 /annually based on full-time employment.
