Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in inside sales or appointment setting.
• Conversion of inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Professional communication with patients and referrals.
• Front desk and patient flow management experience.
• Comfort explaining services, financing options, and care value.
• Familiarity with practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone, online, and referral inquiries to convert leads into appointments.
• Make proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective and overdue patients.
• Explain services and financing to encourage appointment and case acceptance.
• Maintain a full schedule by tracking opportunities, filling cancellations, and reducing no-shows.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and patient service expectations.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/check-out, billing, financing, collections, and calls.
• Document patient interactions in the practice management system and follow up as promised.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
