Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff members.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support business decisions.
• Meet office performance, financial, and P&L goals, including patient forecasts and satisfaction metrics.
• Foster team development and interview/retain staff to meet schedules.
• Drive local marketing efforts and community events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and integrity in operations.
