Job summary

Derby Dental Laboratory is seeking a Client Success Representative to grow our Louisville market. You’ll be based in Louisville and nurture relationships with dental practices across Louisville and nearby areas, balancing road time with face-to-face meetings.

You’ll lead new business development, onboard new clients, and work with our internal teams to ensure long-term satisfaction. We value a 3+ year background in customer service or sales, preferably with dental industry experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, account management, or sales with a drive to prospect and close.
• Dental industry background preferred (lab, practice, or related).
• Confidence in presenting the case for Derby Dental and maintaining relationships.
• Comfortable with travel across Louisville and surrounding rural areas.
• Tech-savvy and fast to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New business development: identify practices, pitch Derby Dental, and bring them on board.
• Represent Derby Dental at trade shows and CE courses within the territory.
• Manage client relationships from onboarding to ongoing care and support.
• Develop territory strategy using CRM data to balance road and face time.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams and coordinate with Kentucky rep.
