BDG Dental Services is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations across 3-5 dental offices. The role reports to the Director of Dental Operations and emphasizes strategic planning, staff leadership, and a patient-centered environment.

On-site responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, safety, and service quality at multiple locations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, experience managing diverse teams, and a commitment to ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-dental practice management or 5+ years of single practice management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Leadership & Team Building: inspire and mentor staff, ensure engagement and excellent patient care.
• Practice Management: support office operations with focus on safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs to drive growth across offices.
• Human Resources: oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and a collaborative environment.
• Patient Relations: address concerns and foster long-term patient relationships.
