Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office or fast-paced healthcare customer service environment.
• Experience with scheduling and verifying insurances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with courteous, patient-centered service.
• Answer phones, assess urgency, and direct calls as needed.
• Schedule dental appointments and manage changes or cancellations.
• Update patient information in the Practice Management System and verify insurance.
• Check patients in for appointments and collect copayments.
• Coordinate with staff on registration and billing processes.
