Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist incoming patients at the facility.
• Collect IDs, Medi-Cal info, co-pays, and other forms.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide notices.
• Coordinate with Insurance Verification Specialists and MA staff.
• Handle phone calls, take messages, and transfer as appropriate.
• Enter notes in EHR and support back-office tasks.
• Perform cash handling for co-pays when needed.
