Job summary

Western Dental – Brident is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services and nurture patient relationships to provide an excellent experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales orientation and teamwork to ensure patients receive optimal care and guidance on costs, insurance and payment options.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, customer service or related work experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
• Ability to handle patient concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Friendly, outgoing and motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and engaging manner.
