PDS Health is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help gain financial commitments for proposed treatments. You will educate patients on treatment choices, overcome objections, and keep Dentist schedules productive.

Knowledge of available financial options to fit patient budgets is essential, as is ensuring compliance and a strong patient experience. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to travel between offices as needed.
• Knowledge of office practices, technology, and patient insurances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians to secure financial commitments for the dentistry diagnosed for patients.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure the office reflects the Comprehensive Care Model and PPE while supporting schedules.
