Job summary

Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics in Austin, TX is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients about oral health and financing options while delivering a 5-star patient experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Active RDA certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about oral health and financing options to support a 5-star experience.
• Greet patients, process paperwork and verify insurance, and schedule visits.
• Prepare patient visits by gathering information and coordinating with the front desk.
• Assist the Patient Concierge with recalls, scheduling, and coordination as needed.
• Maintain lobby and front office organization and participate in community outreach.
