Job summary

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on oral health and financing options while delivering a 5-star patient experience. You will greet patients, verify insurance, handle paperwork, schedule appointments, and support the front desk.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred; RDA certification is a plus. In this full-time role, you’ll contribute to a smooth patient journey, coordinate recalls, assist with payments, and uphold clinic standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Active RDA certification highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience required.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about oral health and financing options, delivering a 5-star experience.
• Greet patients, process paperwork and insurance verification, and schedule appointments.
• Support patient concierge with recalls, insurance verification, and front desk tasks.
• Prepare Smile Road Maps, coordinate payments, and ensure a smooth patient visit.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist in other clinic areas as needed.
