Willamette Valley Endodontics in Salem seeks an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator for our front desk. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries about services, insurance and billing, and enter patient information into our practice management software.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of dental administrative experience, proficiency with dental software, and knowledge of dental insurance verification and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental Patient Care Coordinator or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with dental software and practice management systems.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and billing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments; answer inquiries on services, insurance and billing.
• Verify and process dental insurance; review treatment plans and costs with patients.
• Enter patient information accurately into the practice management software.
• Coordinate appointments and dental record transfers with referring practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area; collaborate with staff.
