Job summary

Maco Bag in New York is seeking a Dental Packer to separate dental pouches from the material belt, count, stack, and package them per customer specifications. You will read work orders, inspect pouches for quality, and assist Machine Operators to keep production running safely.

This role requires basic math and reading, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow diagrams and instructions. You’ll work in a manufacturing environment with PPE, standing for long periods and lifting up to

Ability to quickly recognize and address issues while following written instructions.

Responsibilities

Separate dental pouches from belts and package per specs.
Read and interpret work orders and diagrams for product specs.
Inspect pouches for tolerances and cosmetic defects per standards.
Maintain accurate counts and label packages according to quotas.
Assist Machine Operators with setup, changeovers, packing, labeling, and staging.
Complete production records including materials used and items produced.
Perform other duties as assigned.
