Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-site dental operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, payroll, KPIs, P&L management, collections, scheduling, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Practice Managers and office teams.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned practices and oversee payroll, scheduling, and cash flow.
• Review KPIs regularly to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Develop and execute plans to increase capacity, revenue, and service quality.
• Partner with doctors and teams on growth and expansion initiatives.
