This position is also responsible for ensuring efficiency of back office dental operations and for mentoring, coaching, and training new dental back-office staff. **Minimum Requirements*** High school Diploma required.* Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a dental office setting required* Active Registered Dental Assistant certification along with sealant certification required.* Current Valid BLS Certification.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$71,057.09 - $85,268.50 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
