The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a Dental Office Patient Receptionist to provide front desk support for the SDM practices in Erie, PA. This full-time role handles scheduling, patient relations, and billing workflow, contributing to a smooth patient experience.
The position requires strong computer skills, familiarity with dental office software, HIPAA compliance, and excellent communication. Monday–Friday hours and a professional, team-oriented environment are offered.
JOB SUMMARY : The Dental Office Patient Receptionist is responsible for front office support for the LECOM School of Dental Medicine Dental Practices including, but not limited to, Scheduling, Patient Relations, Collections and Following Policies and Procedures. This is a Monday through Friday position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS : Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience equivalent to: High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual applicant preferred. AS or BS degree with work experience of 2-5 years’ in a similar job responsibility preferred. Computer and online interactive knowledge a must.
