Aspen Dental in Monroe, LA is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office in day-to-day operations and support the doctors in delivering exceptional patient care.

You will hire and develop staff, manage scheduling, review financial results, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient, compliant patient experiences and profitable practice performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations in support of the doctors to create trust and loyalty with patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments while ensuring high quality of care and compliance.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align schedules to meet business goals.
• Lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and clinic performance.
