Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in Fairlawn, OH to lead the office operations in support of doctors and patients. You will participate in a rigorous ten-week training program designed to build business and leadership knowledge to help you succeed within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payments and collection.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals and create strategies to increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
