Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies, regulations, and dental board standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales to business goals.
• Lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
