Aspen Dental is hiring an Dental Office Manager to lead all office operations, supporting doctors and delivering excellent patient service. The role includes supervising staff, optimizing profitability, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will participate in a comprehensive training and play a key role in team development, patient experience, and business performance within a dynamic dental practice network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse patients.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and use data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations in support of doctors and patient care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment.
• Review monthly business results and lead daily huddles to drive profitability and patient experience.
