Qualifications

• Requires five (5) years in the dental field with two (2) years in a management position, preferably in an FQHC setting.
• Current and valid CPR certification is required.
• 8 Hour Infection Control certification is required.
• Completion of radiation safety course is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day dental functions and patient services for multiple Omni clinics.
• Manages front and back office staff and ensures high-quality patient care.
• Manages staff hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Handles billing/claims, insurance processing, and budgeting.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains accurate patient records.
