Aspen Dental in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, called an Operations Lead, to oversee front office tasks and support the dental team. You will participate in an eight-week training program to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under Manager, supervise non-clinical team daily tasks and priorities.
• Review data to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Verify insurance payments and balance nightly deposits.
