Job summary

Aspiring dental office leadership opportunity at Aspen Dental. As Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager, oversee front office tasks, and participate in an eight-week training program to ensure you succeed in your role.

You will lead a non-clinical team, coordinate patient scheduling, assist with treatment option discussions, and uphold policies while delivering high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Work collaboratively with other dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce daily tasks of the non-clinical team.
• Review data day to day to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, balance deposits, and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Education
