The Airway Dentists in Frisco is seeking a full-time Office Manager to coordinate the office’s non-clinical operations as we expand services in Dallas. You will be the face and air traffic controller of the office, ensuring smooth patient flow and a high level of service.

You will schedule, communicate with patients, present treatment plans, verify insurance, coordinate financing, and support a strong team culture that saves lives daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in dental office management or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, patient management software, and insurance processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations including scheduling and patient flow.
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Present treatment plans to patients.
• Optimize schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Verify insurance, arrange financing, and process payment.
• Follow up with patients and relay concerns to the clinical team.
• Represent the office at education dinners, community events, and meetings with allied health professionals.
• Coordinate with the central team and other Office Managers.
