You will lead a team, develop staff, and collaborate across departments. Occasional travel to DeNovo offices may be required to ensure seamless integration and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience; dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welcoming smile and a positive attitude for patients and staff.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership abilities; lead by example.
• Natural desire to connect with and serve guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and resolve issues.
• Develop and manage the dental team and coaching opportunities.
• Foster team morale and align with company culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Audit patient accounts for billing accuracy.
• Guide treatment plans and help patients overcome financial barriers.
• Track office performance with daily/monthly reports.
• Support office needs with additional duties as required.
• Travel to newly DeNovo offices as needed for integration.
