Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, leading by example.
• Ability to connect with and serve guests.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• DeNovo Offices travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and resolve issues.
• Develop and manage the dental team for collaboration.
• Foster team morale and align with company culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules for coverage.
• Audit patient accounts for accuracy and billing.
• Guide treatment plans and explain options to patients.
• Track office performance with daily/monthly reports.
• Support office needs and take on additional duties.
• Travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices as needed.
