Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations for the dental practice.
• Provide leadership to front-office staff, including treatment coordination support.
• Guide team to meet daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows with the clinical team on financials.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and adherence to policies.
• Maintain office organization and performance metrics in line with Smile Brands.
