Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in Wisconsin to lead all office operations in support of our doctors and patients. You’ll participate in a ten-week training program designed to build business and leadership skills and help you grow within our organization.

You will hire, develop and manage staff, ensure excellent patient service, verify insurance payments, review monthly results and drive profitability through effective planning and daily huddles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and patient care.
• Hire, develop, retain office staff.
