Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain a positive office culture. You will lead the team, manage staff schedules, and monitor billing accuracy while delivering exceptional patient service.

Travel to newly opened DeNovo offices may be required. The role demands at least 2 years of management experience and a high school diploma, with dental experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to DeNovo offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dental office operations: ensure smooth day-to-day activities and patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing issues professionally.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Audit patient accounts for billing accuracy and records.
• Present treatment options and assist patients with financial decisions.
• Track office performance with daily/monthly reports.
• Travel to DeNovo offices as needed to support integration.
