Dentologie Ballard dental practice is seeking a talented Office Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, and patient experience. This role requires at least 2 years of dental office management experience and a track record of strong leadership and operational excellence.

You will oversee scheduling, revenue cycle tasks, and coordination with doctors and labs, driving performance and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of dental practice management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills in a diverse, fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team and staffing to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee patient scheduling to maintain high utilization and productivity.
• Manage revenue cycle tasks including verification, claims, and patient ledgers with the RCM team.
• Coordinate with dentists, labs, assistants, and other departments on cases (crowns, dentures, Invisalign).
• Address performance concerns and conduct staff reviews with the training team.
