Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the dental office, partner with the dentist and clinical team, and coach the office staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

You will oversee scheduling, performance metrics, and office finances while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, and cultivating a welcoming clinic culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office.
• Experience coaching or developing a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and day-to-day dental practice operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional patient experience.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with practice performance, scheduling and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental practice to run efficiently and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Partner with the dentist and clinical team to support goals, patient care and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the office team with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure the practice operates at full potential.
• Monitor production, collections and accounts receivable and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage office expenses, supplies and operational resources.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of team members.
• Create a welcoming environment and address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and dental regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment and facility needs and coordinate maintenance.
