STATE STREET SMILES - PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY, LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our practice and ensure the highest quality patient care. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations, finance, and team development to support the clinician(s) in delivering exceptional oral health solutions for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare (preferred).
• Three years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility.
• Deliver treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients.
• Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development.
• Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating compassion, responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
