Archway Dental Partners in Brookfield, CT, seeks an Office Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-location practice. You will lead the clinical and non-clinical team, implement procedures, and ensure compliance, continuity and growth across locations.

The role requires at least 3 years in a dental office business office, experience with practice management software (Dentrix preferred), and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the business office of a dental practice.
• Experience with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
• Hire and train new office staff to respond to patients needs and manage billing system.
• Responsible for monthly scheduling front desk and all providers.
• Critical thinker and decision making skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Ability to present treatment plan.
