Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience.
• Dental experience required.
• Recruit and develop team.
• Manage schedule to optimize production.
• 3-5 years' prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage staff productivity, and control expenses to meet revenue goals.
• Lead and motivate the team in a fast-paced dental office environment.
• Supervise and communicate to ensure efficiency while maintaining morale.
• Perform administrative functions including financial review, compliance, and end-of-day reporting.
