A growing, multi-location private dental group in Southwest Salt Lake County is seeking a full-time, salaried Dental Office Operations Leader to oversee daily operations at one of its highest-visibility locations. This is a rare opportunity to work with a group that's redefining modern dentistry in Utah through elevated design, elite clinical standards, and a culture of ownership, accountability, and compassion.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing the operations of a dental office with 2 or more full-time doctors
  • Proven ability to lead and coach clinical and front office teams with firmness, fairness, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Unflinching when it comes to setting expectations and holding people accountable — from huddles to hygiene metrics
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs, collecting balances, and leading revenue cycle management
  • Bonus if you can influence treatment acceptance — but mastery of operations is non-negotiable
  • Available to lead a practice open Monday–Thursday 7am–7pm, Friday 9–4, Saturday 9–2
  • Willing to commit to a 55-hour workweek during a critical period of stabilization and culture refinement
About the Role

You will serve as the integrator and operational captain of a high-producing, beautifully designed practice. You’ll work directly with the ownership team and collaborating providers to build sustainable systems, elevate patient experience, and set the tone for clinical and professional excellence.

This isn’t a "check-in, check-out" front desk role. You are the engine that keeps the practice aligned, accountable, and always moving forward.
