We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our thriving orthodontic practice. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, supporting staff, handling patient communications, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for organization, and love creating exceptional patient experiences—we want to hear from you!
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to work effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of insurance verification and billing (orthodontic billing experience is a bonus but not required).
Leadership qualities—proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Pay Rate:$50,000-$70,000, dependent on skills and experience.
Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
