Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team at our Reseda location! We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about patient care, team building, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must live within 45 minutes of the Reseda office.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager.
• Experience managing a large team (15+ staff members).
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Strong billing and insurance experience (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal).
• Orthodontic experience (preferred but not required).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and mentor a large team of front and back office staff.
• Manage billing, collections, and insurance claims processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate scheduling and treatment planning with providers.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
