Our client is a multi-specialty dental practice in Tarzana, California.

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of an established dental practice, including managing staff, handling patient scheduling, treatment planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of dental office management, and experience with practice management software such as Open Dental and Dentrix. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to patients.

Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient records, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate utilization management processes to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between dental staff, patients, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Familiarity with practice management software such as Open Dental and/or Dentrix is highly desirable.

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff alike.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Familiarity with Social Media Marketing is highly desirable.
